Alexa and Tommy’s colourful wedding Plas Dinam was a fiesta of vibrancy! Their wedding brought together friends and family from across the world to Plas Dinam Country House. The result was a relaxed and fun-packed celebration, perfectly complimented by a bright aesthetic!

Plas Dinam Country House is one of my all-time favourite venues. It always delivers the ideal canvas for a memorable wedding and the team are so friendly and helpful. Plas Dinam is one of the few wedding venues offering full weekend hire, which creates a unique house-party atmosphere. Here’s a glimpse into how Tommy and Alexa’s colourful wedding at Plas Dinam unfolded…

Colourful Wedding Plas Dinam

Tommy and Alexa held their ceremony outside in front of the spectacular house at Plas Dinam. And wow, did the colourful flower arrangements by Emma Jane Designs look stunning! The blooms featured vibrant pops of pink, orange, yellow, purple and blue which looked amazing in the June sunshine.

Alexa arrived in style in an open top car driven by her Dad. She was accompanied down the aisle by her brightly-dressed bridesmaids, all in orange and pink. My favourite colour combination! Alexa and her bridesmaids carried stunning rainbow wedding bouquets.

The celebrant led wedding included personal vows, emotional readings and a hand-fasting ceremony. Once Alexa and Tommy had tied the knot, the happy couple walked down the aisle to huge cheers!

The guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn at Plas Dinam. This stunning setting overlooking the Welsh countryside is the perfect setting for a relaxed drinks reception. The guests were entertained with beer pong, whilst the foodies were treated to oysters and a gin bar.

Meanwhile, the Stables at Plas Dinam had been set up with long banquet tables adorned with a kaleidoscope of blooms and calligraphy table names. All ready for the relaxed and informal wedding breakfast, which was served in between toasts to the happy couple.

Alexa and Tommy’s choice of entertainment further enhanced the vibrant atmosphere. The DJ played lively music, accompanied by a live signer and saxophonist that got everyone in the clubbing mood! What’s more, Alexa has a change of outfit into a shorter dress for the evening party – all ready to dance the night away in style!
