Over the years, I’ve got to know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to weddings, so I’m always happy to share my experience with you.
FAQ’s about

Photography
Here are some of the most common questions I’m asked. It’s always better to chat in person, so if you’d like to ask me a question please get in touch to book a free consultation.
What qualifications do you have?
I have a 1st class BA Hons Photographic Arts degree from the University of Westminster and 7 years experience shooting weddings.
Are you insured?
Yes – I have public liability and public indemnity insurance and I’m a member of The Guild of Photographers. I also carry backup equipment just in case.
Do you offer any discounts?
If you’re getting married Monday- Thursday (excluding bank holidays) I offer £150 off any package price. I also offer a bespoke shorter coverage options for off-peak times too (Monday – Thursday, excluding bank holidays). Please take a look at my wedding photography packages page for further details.
What’s an engagement shoot?
Think of an engagement shoot as a trial run portrait shoot to allow you to feel comfortable with me and the camera before your big day. Engagement shoots can be in any location of your choice and take around an hour.
But I’m camera shy!
Many people feel nervous in front of the camera at first, so I always aim to make you as relaxed as possible by chatting to you and giving you simple directions throughout.
Do you do formal group shots?
Of course. I do them as efficiently as possible so that you can get back to enjoying the good stuff.
How many photos will we receive?
Around 300-600 images, depending on the package you choose. Please visit my prices page for more details.
How do we receive our pictures?
You’ll get link to a password protected gallery where you can download your photos instantly.
How soon will we get our photographs?
I’ll share a sneak preview of your pictures within a week of your wedding. You’ll receive your full set of pictures after around 8 weeks.
Can we meet up to discuss further?
Of course – I offer free consultations in Sale, south Manchester or we can FaceTime if you’re too far away.
Sounds good, what do we need to do to book you as our wedding photographer?
Contact me with some more details and I’ll check if I’m available on your date. Once we’ve had an initial chat, I’ll send you a booking form to make everything official.
