As soon as these two booked me, I knew we’d get on like a house on fire as their wedding plans sounded right up my street. And of course their day did not disappoint! They held the perfect lighthearted and laid-back wedding day focussed on fun and food, with oodles of style and colour to boot.

Colourful Wedding Photography

Everyone who knows me understands that I love colourful wedding photography! So it’s the dream when my couples choose a bold colour scheme for their weddings. I couldn’t get enough of Vicky’s gorgeous pink hair and she looked amazing in her Vera Wang dress. The pink popped amazingly with the details Vicky and Danny had chosen, from the  pink balloons dotted across the venue to the soft green of the bridesmaids dresses. Everything tied in beautifully and looked so fun too!

Some of my favourite photos from the day are with Danny and Vicky’s wedding party holding the pink balloons. Everyone was having a grand old time rocking their heart shaped sunglasses (and trying to get the balloons to behave!) I always love to see the wedding party really enjoying themselves, letting loose and having a good time.

Vicky and Danny’s ceremony was heartfelt and fun, with a great soundtrack. Vicky made quite the entrance, bouncing down the aisle with her Dad in time with the music. After the couple said their ‘I do’s’ under the fairy lights at Charlton Hall, they walked out to a flurry of confetti and the tropical sounds of the steel pan band.

ded in for the wedding breakfast. The reception room at Charlton Hall was beautifully decorated with colourful pom-poms and photos of Danny and Vicky’s beloved pooch. He also featured on their cake topper, so cute!
