Karen & Tom were married at gorgeous Cheshire venue Styal Lodge in November. The cosy wooden interior of the lodge was perfect for this windy winter wedding. The autumnal colours that the couple had chosen worked perfectly with the rustic setting.
I joined Tom first for getting ready at Etrop Grange, before heading to Styal Lodge to meet Karen. All their guests enjoyed warming up inside the lodge before witnessing Tom & Karen say their vows. The setting for the wedding looked fantastic inside lit up with all the fairy lights and LOVE letters too.
After exchanging their vows, Tom & Karen and the guests braved the wind for confetti and a few portraits, even heading down the the driving range once it was dark to get an unique shot! Then it was onto lovely food, dancing, laughing and demolishing that wonderful cheese and pie cake.
Karen had booked a joint photography and video package in collaboration with my friend Jo Gendle Films. We always have a great time working together and it was lovely to cover Karen & Tom’s wedding as a team.
So what did Karen & Tom think of their photographs? “When we first met Cassandra to look through her photos and discuss what our vision was, we loved all the photos and the relaxed feeling in them. Our final photos are fabulous. The quality of them is stunning and they bring out the lovely autumnal colours,”
Thank you and congratulations Karen & Tom!
