Today on the blog; Hotel Gotham wedding photography from Sam & Andy’s winter wedding at Hotel Gotham back in January. It was fantastic to kick off 2018 with a wedding in the first week of January. And it was a great one to start with too! I loved the un-traditional vibe that Andy & Sam had created for their wedding. For a start, they chose to get married later in the day so everyone could relax whilst getting ready. And they didn’t have a formal sit down meal, instead throwing a huge party that started straight after the ceremony. Sam & Andy chose Manchester’s Hotel Gotham for their celebrations and the setting could not have been more perfect for the relaxed atmosphere.
This was my final wedding at Manchester Town Hall before it closed for refurbishment. I will really miss the grand interior and all the little things that make this Manchester city centre wedding venue special. As it was my last chance to capture photographs there, we made the most of it and did all of Sam & Andy’s portraits inside.
Here’s what Sam had to say about the photos: “Cass was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding photographer. Fun, relaxed and obviously very talented. We didn’t have a traditional wedding and Cass fitted in beautifully with that. She captured our party perfectly and we are so pleased with the results. We can’t speak more highly of Cass, or her work. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her (in fact already I have – but she’s booked up, so get in quick!)”
Thank you Sam & Andy for your kind words and thank you for having me along!
