Greenwich Engagement Shoot: Hannah & Sam

Greenwich Engagement Shoot

Hannah & Sam are one of my many couples that call London home. We met on a foggy (and very cold!) day in Greenwich for their engagement shoot. The capital is where the couple met and fell in love. Sam proposed in Greenwich Park, so there could not be a better location for their engagement shoot. Especially since we were meeting on their engagement anniversary!

At Hannah & Sam’s engagement shoot, we could only see a few metres in front of us thanks to the fog. Seeing across the Thames as we had planned was impossible, but I think there’s something incredibly atmospheric about shooting in fog and I love the pictures of Hannah & Sam next to the river. The weather isn’t something that you can order, so it’s extra special when something interesting comes along!

Hannah & Sam were fantastic fun to photograph and giggled their way through the whole shoot – not easy when you’re very cold! I can’t wait to join them for their weddings in the summer.

I like the ones with natural colours – the street makes an ambient good enough to create a natural scene – it all looks like “our places” photo series.

    Nice job.
